2024 Fall Conference

The Fall Conference was held at Eskanazi hospital on September 20, 2024. We had 61 total attendees that were apart of six medical groups across Indiana and Illinois.
Attendees listed to three presentations, won raffles prizes, and participated in group activities. We want to thank everyone who came to the conference and participated in the event. We hope to see you again next year!
